Free! Cancellations 24hrs before arrival are free of charge but we reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation fee if bookings are not cancelled 24hrs before arrival time.
Children and extra beds
Extra beds are available  at an additional charge of $25,-/bed/person. 

Children: Free! All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking: our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted only from the balcony, terrace or garden area.
